    Your data is stored on our servers in India. Access is restricted to authorized B-Cube staff. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access.

    Data Retention

    We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless you become an enrolled student.

    Data Sharing

    We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We may share data with educational boards or regulatory authorities if legally required.

    Our programs serve students from 8th standard upward. For any student under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent before enrollment data is submitted. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 without parental consent.

    If you contact us via the WhatsApp button on this site, your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp and its parent company Meta under their privacy policy, which may store data outside India. We receive your message and phone number for the purpose of admissions counselling. The Google Maps embed in our footer may also set cookies subject to Google's privacy policy.
