Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation terms for coaching fees paid to B-Cube Education. Last updated August 2026.

  1. Section 01

    Overview

    This policy governs refunds and cancellations for coaching fees paid to B-Cube Education.

  2. Section 02

    Cancellation Before Commencement

    If a student cancels before the batch commencement date, 75% of the fee is refunded. The remaining 25% covers administrative and registration costs.

  3. Section 03

    Cancellation After Commencement

    If a student discontinues after classes have commenced, a pro-rata refund is provided for the unutilized portion, calculated weekly. No refund is given for the first 4 weeks of coaching.

  4. Section 04

    Non-Refundable Items

    Registration fees, study materials once issued, examination fees paid to boards, and any third-party charges are non-refundable.

  5. Section 05

    Refund Process

    To request a refund, submit a written request to the branch office where admission was taken. Refunds are processed within 30 working days to the original payment method.

  6. Section 06

    Deductions

    Refunds are subject to deductions for consumed study materials and administrative charges as documented at the time of admission.

  7. Section 07

    Governing Law

    This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
